We want your building experience to start on the right note, so here’s everything you need to know about how your order travels from us to you.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer, though we’ll do our best to stay quick!

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We provide standard international delivery. Do expect the delivery time to be about 5-12 business days. 

Note: These are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays.

Shipping Fees

We provide free shipping! ...unless you provide the wrong delivery address and re-delivery will have to be arranged at extra cost. So do ensure you indicate the delivery address correctly!

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply depending on local regulations.

These charges are not included in the product or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or if the tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

1. Contact us (hello@rakuso.shop) within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Provide your order number and supporting photos (if applicable). We'll investigate and assist with a replacement or solution.

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If an incorrect address is provided or delivery fails due to unavailable recipient:

1. The parcel may be returned to us.

2. Re-delivery fees may apply.
