Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once a shipping confirmation is sent, cancellations are no longer possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
1. A refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
2. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
